Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of Compute Pulse, including its GPU pricing tools, marketplace, listings, alerts, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Accounts
Some marketplace actions require an account created through Google or X. You are responsible for your account activity, for keeping access to your identity-provider account secure, and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized use.
Do not impersonate another person or organization, create accounts using misleading information, transfer an account without permission, or use multiple accounts to evade quotas, moderation, or enforcement.
Marketplace rules
Each account may submit up to three selling actions and three buying actions in a rolling seven-day period. Selling actions include shareable sell listings and capacity offers. Buying actions include shareable buy listings and listing-specific registrations of interest. Editing or deleting an item does not restore quota used during that period.
When using the marketplace, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current information that you have the right to submit;
- describe capacity, pricing, availability, and requirements in good faith;
- avoid duplicate, deceptive, speculative, or spam submissions;
- comply with applicable trade, sanctions, export-control, competition, and other laws;
- respect confidentiality and only use introductions for the requested transaction; and
- conduct your own technical, commercial, security, and counterparty diligence.
Listings and submitted content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Compute Pulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, index, and promote the service and the relevant listing.
Marketplace specifications are public. Do not include confidential information, credentials, personal contact details, or third-party material you are not authorized to publish in public fields. Contact details entered in dedicated contact fields are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may edit formatting, normalize technical terms, label a listing, reject or remove content, or request verification. We are not required to publish or preserve any submission.
Marketplace transactions
Compute Pulse provides discovery, comparison, listing, and introduction tools. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, Compute Pulse is not the buyer, seller, cloud provider, broker, payment processor, or party to a transaction between users.
Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for negotiating and performing their agreements, verifying authority and capacity, assessing technical suitability, complying with law, handling payments and taxes, and resolving disputes. A listing, “claimed” label, verification label, price, message, or introduction is not a guarantee, endorsement, credit assessment, or warranty.
Market data and estimates
Prices, availability, provider information, comparisons, rankings, and market statistics may come from public sources, provider submissions, automated collection, or estimates. They can be delayed, incomplete, normalized, or incorrect. Displayed prices may exclude taxes, networking, storage, support, minimum commitments, or other costs.
Treat the service as a research and sourcing aid, not as financial, legal, tax, security, or technical advice. Confirm material information directly with the relevant provider or counterparty before acting.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, quotas, rate limits, or access controls;
- introduce malware, harmful code, excessive traffic, or automated abuse;
- harvest personal contact information or use the service for unsolicited bulk outreach;
- misrepresent affiliation, capacity, demand, prices, identity, or authority;
- reverse engineer restricted portions of the service except where law permits it; or
- use the service to build a competing dataset through systematic extraction without permission.
Reasonable use of public pages by standard search engines and sharing individual public listing links is permitted.
Compute Pulse materials and third-party services
The service, software, interface, branding, compilations, and original content are owned by Compute Pulse or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of those materials.
The service may link to or depend on third-party sites and services, including GPU providers, Google, X, Supabase, and email providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or conduct.
If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
Suspension, removal, and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may remove listings you control. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or preserve records when reasonably necessary to address a terms violation, security risk, legal obligation, service change, or harm to users or the marketplace.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, transaction responsibility, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Compute Pulse disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compute Pulse and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service or a marketplace transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
General terms
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with operating or transferring the service.
Entire agreement
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Compute Pulse concerning the service unless a separate written agreement applies.
